I need to apologize. I know we promised to have a completed video from the slip ‘n slide, but most of the footage will have to wait until the final release of video from the end of the summer.
However, so our loyal readers aren’t too upset, we have posted clips to the Flickr site.
Just wanted to remind everybody that if you want to have something posted on the blog, to email myself or Harrison. We can upload just about anything. From video, pictures or just updates, if you want something posted, just throw it into an email and send it our way!
Also, we love feedback, and want to hear back from you! So feel free to comment. Again, thanks for keeping up thus far and continue to keep on coming back!
Thanks to the College’s Office of Information Technology, we have a Flickr site. While you are likely to see a lot of the same photos that appear on this blog, you will see even more photos on Flickr. For example, whereas there are about 13 pictures on the blog from the slip ‘n slide last Friday, the Flickr page has 37!
Check it out here! Make sure you bookmark it, and watch for changes!
This Friday, due to weather constraints, the Night Swim has been postponed for this Saturday due to a cold front coming. Instead, Christie and the rest of the Friday Night WooCorps Crew decided on throwing a Movie Night!
Elizabeth Freund and Christie Kracker will be set up in Lowry in the dining room at lunch on Friday and folks can sign up for the movie they want to see–sorry you have to know ahead of time so that we can purchase tickets. The ladies will give you movie vouchers and concession vouchers. The vouchers will be good only for this Saturday night at the Wooster Cinemark 10, so make sure you’ll be in town to attend!
Hi, everyone! I hope you had a relaxing Memorial Day weekend.
During my travels around campus last week a concern was expressed that some WooCorps Participants were not arriving to work on time or at all. So just as a reminder; if you are sick or if you are going to be late, call your supervisor before work begins on that day to inform them of the situation. If you do not know how to report off ASK! Your supervisor can tell you the best way to reach them.
If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to either call x2234 or email me at studentjobs@wooster.edu. Have a great week!
SWEET CONVERSATIONS @ OVERHOLT: Join us for dessert and discussion of faith and spirituality every Thursday from 7-8. This week, come make homemade ice cream with us! Overholt, the Office of Interfaith Campus Ministries is located on the north end of campus on Beall.
For everybody interested in using The Fitness Center, the hours are 11am-2pm and 4-7pm M-F and open swim is 12-2pm M-F. Thanks!

WATCH THE FIGHTING SCOTS PLAY FOR A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TODAY!
The Fighting Scots baseball team takes on the University of St. Thomas at noon today, with the D-III national championship on the line. CBS College Sports will stream live video of the game on the web, and that video stream will be shown on a large screen in the Lowry Pit. Stop by on your way to or from lunch to catch an inning (or more, if you can get away with it), and cheer the Scots on to victory.
