- Odin Tangvald
Driven to advance his career in developing digital infrastructure, Odin spends most of his day-to-day fiddling with technology and working for the I.T. Department at the College of Wooster. Fascinated by computers at a young age, he has devoted this summer to improving the College of Wooster’s internet presence at large, as well as updating online services to allow for easier and more modern student access.
When not working at the I.T. Help Desk in Andrews Library, Odin can also be found long boarding around the campus or writing on his own blog. An English major with a Film Studies minor, he likes to relax with either a good book or a movie from time to time. Currently, he is reading “Pygmy” by Chuck Palahniuk as well as finishing up some films for the WooCorps site.
Odin also enjoys sandwiches, long walks on the beach and cliché’s.

Harrison Wilson
Harrison’s interest in technology began at the early age of 2, where after his father failed to wire Christmas tree lights so that only one outlet needed to be used, Harrison proceeded to re-wire the tree without his parents knowledge. Ever since then his relationship with technology has been based on curiosity.
This is Harrison’s second summer at Wooster, and he is glad to be part of the Wooster Office of Information of Technology for his second time around. During the school year, Harrison can be found in Taylor 205 - the home of Instructional Technology where he has worked since he was hired within a couple weeks of his first day at Wooster.
When he is not playing with technology, he can often be found at the Wooster Township Fire Department located in Wooster, OH where he has served as a student volunteer for two years. He is a licensed firefighter and EMT-B in the State of Ohio and devotes one night a week (as well as a weekend every six weeks) to stand by the station. If you can’t find Harrison on campus, he has likely ran out on an emergency call with the department.
While Harrison was reluctant to sign up to WooCorps 2009, he soon joined after realizing that jobs are few and far between at his home in the Hartford Area of Connecticut. He was more than happy to learn he would have the opportunity to work for the Office of Information Technology, and was excited upon hearing he would be one of the many voices for the historic WooCorps program.
Harrison Wilson is Class of 2010, a Political Science major, but has no current intentions to attend law school.

Great work with the Blog. I think you are doing a great service by helping folks stay connected and giving us a historical record of the summer effort. Keep it up!
It’s cool that you are doing this! Could you update the information for what is happening on campus for the month of July?
